Return & Withdrawal Policy

Thank you for shopping at PopLoop.

This policy explains how returns, withdrawals, cancellations and refunds work for orders placed through our online store.


1. 30-Day Voluntary Return Policy

We offer a voluntary 30-day return policy.

This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a voluntary return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, clean, undamaged and in its original packaging. You will also need your order confirmation, receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. Items returned without prior return approval may not be accepted.


2. EU / EEA / UK Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to the European Union, European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you, receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by sending a clear statement to:

You may use the model withdrawal form at the end of this policy, but this is not required.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your withdrawal notice before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.


3. Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as you are responsible for the return shipment until it reaches us.

If your item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@poploop.shop with your order number and photos of the issue. In such cases, we will review the issue and provide a suitable solution.


4. Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be handled with care and returned in a condition that allows us to inspect and process the return.

For voluntary returns under our 30-day return policy, the item must be unworn, unused, clean, undamaged and in its original packaging.

For statutory withdrawal rights, you may inspect the item as you would reasonably do in a physical store. If the item has been used or handled in a way that reduces its value beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.


5. Pre-Orders

PopLoop products may be offered as limited pre-orders.

If your pre-order has not yet been shipped, you can contact us at support@poploop.shop to request a cancellation.

If your order has already been shipped, the normal return and withdrawal rules apply after delivery.


6. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.

If the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at:

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review the case and make it right.


7. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different color or product, the fastest option is to return your item first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.


8. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

- Items that have been used, worn, damaged or altered after delivery
- Items returned without original packaging
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products, if offered in the future

This does not affect your statutory rights if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect.


9. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

For statutory withdrawal rights, refunds will be processed within 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have sent them back.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank, credit card provider or payment provider to process and post the refund.
